Duration: Half-day Prerequisites: No previous freediving experience required. Basic swimming ability is required. Discover the fundamentals of freediving and experience your first underwater immersion in the lagoon of Moorea, in a small group. Learn to relax, breathe mindfully and enjoy your time underwater in a safe and supportive environment designed to help you let go. All equipment is included.
